Wize Power Driver

How to delete your account and associated data from the Wize Power Driver application.

Important: We respect your privacy and provide you with complete control over your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Please follow the steps below to initiate the account deletion process.

Delete your account from the application

1 Open and Login to the application

Open the Wize Power Driver app and log in with your phone number and One-Time-Password (OTP) received on your phone after phone number entered.

2 Access Account Settings

Once logged in, navigate to the Settings menu by tapping the icon on the main app screen.

3 Select and confirm Delete Account Option

In the Settings menu, press the "Delete Account" button and confirm the deletion by pressing "Yes".

4 Your account is deleted

You will be redirected to the login screen after your account is deleted.

What data is deleted and what may be retained

When you confirm account deletion, we remove or anonymize the personal data listed below. Some data may be retained for a limited time to meet legal, security, or fraud‑prevention obligations. We do not retain data for longer than necessary.

Notes: "Deleted" means removed from production systems; backups are overwritten on their normal cycle. Where immediate erasure is infeasible, data is securely isolated and then purged.

If you cannot access the app

You can request account deletion or any other support without accessing the app using our support email: info@wize.ae.

Please include your phone number (used for login) and any relevant details so we can verify ownership.

We will confirm your request and complete deletion within a reasonable time frame, usually within 30 days.

Data encrypted in transit

All data transmission between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard protocols (TLS 1.2+) to protect your information during transmission.
