Addendum – Prepayment Pricing Model (Rider Wallet-Based Billing)

Applicable to: Wize Power Rider App
Effective Date: 30th April 2026

This Addendum forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Wize Power Rider App and shall be read in conjunction with the main agreement. In case of conflict, this Addendum shall prevail for pricing and billing matters related to the prepayment model.

13. Prepayment Pricing Model (Wallet-Based Billing)

13.1 Wallet-Based Charging Mechanism

13.1.1 All battery swapping and usage charges shall be deducted from the Rider’s prepaid wallet linked to the Wize Power platform.
13.1.2 Riders must maintain sufficient wallet balance to access battery swapping services.
13.1.3 Wize Power reserves the right to restrict access to services if the wallet balance is insufficient.

13.2 Minimum Monthly Commitment

13.2.1 Each Rider is subject to a minimum monthly charge of AED 350 under the subscription model.
13.2.2 This minimum commitment applies regardless of total kilometers consumed, subject to daily usage conditions defined below.

13.3 Daily Billing Structure
13.3.1 The monthly minimum fee shall be prorated into a daily charge calculated as follows:

  • AED 350 ÷ N days (N - number of total days in month)

13.3.2 The applicable daily rate shall be charged only if the Rider uses the bike for more than 1 km within a subscribed day.

13.4 Idle Day Policy
13.4.1 If the bike remains unused (i.e., travels 1 km or less) for a continuous period of 24 hours, no daily charge shall apply for that day.
13.4.2 The system shall automatically track ride activity and apply charges accordingly.

13.5 Battery Swapping Charges
13.5.1 Battery swapping usage is included within the pricing model and is billed indirectly through the daily usage deduction.
13.5.2 No separate per-swap charge shall apply unless otherwise specified in a customized plan.

13.6 Usage Tracking & Calculation
13.6.1 Kilometer consumption and daily usage shall be tracked via Wize Power’s system-integrated telematics and app data.
13.6.2 Wize Power records shall be deemed final and binding for billing purposes unless proven otherwise.

13.7 Wallet Recharge Obligations
13.7.1 Riders must ensure continuous wallet balance to avoid service disruption.
13.7.2 Wize Power may send notifications for low balance but shall not be liable for service interruption due to insufficient funds.

13.8 Non-Payment & Service Restriction
13.8.1 If the Rider’s wallet balance reaches zero or falls below required thresholds:

  • Battery swapping access may be suspended
  • App functionality may be restricted
13.8.2 Outstanding dues must be cleared before service reactivation.

13.9 Adjustments & Plan Changes
13.9.1 Wize Power reserves the right to modify pricing, minimum commitments, or billing logic with prior notice via the app or official communication channels.
13.9.2 Continued usage after such updates constitutes acceptance of revised pricing.

13.10 Per-Kilometer Charges Beyond Included Range
13.10.1 A base usage allowance of 3,000 km per month is included within the minimum monthly commitment.
13.10.2 Any usage exceeding the included 3,000 km monthly threshold shall be charged at a rate of AED 0.08 per kilometer.

13.11 Billing of Excess Kilometer Usage
13.11.1 Charges for additional kilometers beyond the included range shall be automatically deducted from the Rider’s wallet.
13.11.2 These charges are separate from and in addition to the minimum monthly commitment defined under Clause 13.2.

13.12 Kilometer Calculation and Carry Forward

13.12.1 Kilometer usage shall be calculated on a monthly cycle aligned with the Rider’s subscription period.
13.12.2 Unused kilometers from the included 3,000 km allowance shall not be carried forward to subsequent months.

13.13 Transparency and Usage Tracking
13.13.1 Riders shall have access to their cumulative monthly kilometer usage through the Wize Power app.
13.13.2 Wize Power’s system records shall be final and binding for determining excess kilometer charges.

14. Acknowledgment
By continuing to use the Wize Power platform under this pricing model, the Rider acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Charges are usage-triggered but subject to a minimum monthly commitment
  • Billing is automated via wallet deduction
  • Daily charges apply only upon active usage (>1 km per day)
  • No charges apply for full idle days (24h inactivity)
