For customers choosing to acquire vehicles under an operational lease, all required service and preventive maintenance are already fully included in the lease contract. This ensures predictable operational costs and guaranteed uptime.

To maintain consistent quality, our service department operates on an IoT-connected maintenance dashboard integrated with each vehicle. The system automatically notifies our service team of:

  • Upcoming maintenance intervals
  • Kilometre-based service triggers
  • Safety-critical checks (brakes, tires, drivetrain)
  • Any fault codes that appear on the vehicle

This proactive system ensures every bike remains compliant with the manufacturer’s warranty conditions and the maintenance schedule provided with purchase.

How do we ensure that safety standards are met?

We follow the official manufacturer maintenance schedule (included with every bike purchase). Maintenance is performed only in our certified service network of three authorised workshops, ensuring full compliance with OEM warranty conditions .

What is the maintenance schedule for the bike?

Yes. For all customers operating under operational lease, full service and preventive maintenance are already included in the monthly leasing fee. DSPs can therefore rely on predictable costs and maximised uptime.

How do you track when maintenance is due?

Every motorcycle is connected to our service dashboard, which monitors mileage, alerts, and wear indicators. Our service team receives advance notifications for upcoming maintenance and immediately contacts the DSP or rider to schedule the visit.

What safety checks are included (brakes, tires, etc.)?

Safety-critical components such as:

  • Brake pads & discs
  • Tires & tire pressure
  • Suspension
  • Lighting system
  • Structural elements
  • are inspected at every scheduled maintenance interval. Normal wear-and-tear parts are classified per official warranty terms .

Is the maintenance schedule included in the documentation?

Yes. Each motorcycle comes with a maintenance schedule and full warranty terms that outline periodic checks, replacement intervals, and coverage conditions.

Does warranty cover all components?

The warranty follows the official terms: electrical parts, frame, forks, ECU, motor, charger and more are covered for 3–4 years depending on the component. Normal wear-and-tear items (brake pads, tires, mirrors, belts, etc.) are excluded, as defined in the warranty document .
