TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Company Information

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by WIZE POWER MOTORCYCLE RENTAL L.L.C, a company incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

2. Scope of Services

The Company provides mobility-related services including but not limited to:
  • Motorcycle rental
  • Battery rental and access services
  • Subscription plans
  • Usage-based billing
  • Prepaid and postpaid plans
  • Deposits and related service fees
3. Payments

Payments may be charged on a recurring or non-recurring basis depending on the selected service.
By providing payment details, the User authorizes the Company to charge applicable subscription fees, usage charges, deposits, penalties, and related service fees.
All payments are processed through authorized payment providers.
All fees are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Activation of Services

Services are considered activated upon successful payment and fulfillment of service requirements.

5. Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions prior to the next billing cycle.
Charges already processed may not be refundable.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of non-payment or breach of these Terms.

6. Refunds

Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of the Company.
Payments for activated services may be non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information including name, email address, phone number, payment information, and service usage data

2. Use of Information

Information is used for billing, service delivery, customer support, and legal compliance.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies and analytics tools (including Google Analytics) to improve website functionality and user experience.

4. Third-Party Sharing

Personal data may be shared with payment processors and authorized service providers. We do not sell personal data.

RETURN POLICY

Once a subscription is activated and access to services is granted, the subscription period is considered commenced.
Unused portions of subscription periods are generally non-refundable.
However, in exceptional cases involving verified technical malfunction, inability to access the service due to reasons not attributable to the User, or other justified circumstances, the Company may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
In case of service termination, outstanding usage charges, penalties, or unpaid fees may still apply.

FREE SUBSCRIPTIONS & TRIAL POLICY

If a free trial is provided, the duration and specific terms will be disclosed at the time of activation.
Unless otherwise stated, free trials may automatically convert into paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period.
By activating a trial, the User authorizes the Company to charge the applicable subscription fee at the end of the trial period, unless the subscription is cancelled prior to the billing date.
The User may cancel the trial at any time before the paid period begins.
The Company reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or limit trial offers at its discretion.
