Service & Maintenance Policy


Wize Power ensures professional maintenance and operational reliability of the PowerEagle F02 under standard usage conditions.

Misuse and Negligence Clause

Additional servicing and repairs that are required as a result of misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, accident caused by negligence, improper handling, or failure to follow operational guidelines by the Lessee or its appointed user/driver shall be carried out and charged to the Lessee in accordance with the Lessor’s official Wear and Tear Policy.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Damage from improper riding or reckless use
• Unauthorized electrical or mechanical modifications
• Damage due to overloading beyond specified limits
• Neglecting basic operational care or safety procedures
• Use outside recommended operating conditions

Normal wear and tear under proper commercial use is covered as per standard service policy.
